Ordinex is a field operations and safety-documentation platform for construction trade contractors, provided on a subscription basis to the organization that signs up ("you" or "your organization").
Billing is per foreman seat, on the tiers listed on our pricing page. Workers and your first two office admins are unlimited and free; each admin beyond two consumes a foreman seat. Your organization's admin is responsible for managing seats and users.
You own the data your organization enters into Ordinex. We do not claim ownership of your forms, photos, project records or documents. You can export the full organization at any time from the Settings tab.
Don't use Ordinex to store or transmit unlawful content, attempt to breach another organization's data isolation, or resell access to the platform without a separate written agreement.
Submissions signed in the field (tailgates, inspections, FLRAs and similar forms) are locked as immutable records at the moment of signature. Ordinex provides the documented trail; regulatory compliance always depends on your organization's own safety program.
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. You can change plans, add or remove seats, or cancel at any time from the Billing tab. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
We aim for high availability but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. The mobile app is built to work offline and sync when connectivity returns, specifically to reduce the impact of connectivity gaps on site.
Ordinex is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, Ordinex is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.
If these terms change materially, we'll notify organization admins by email before the change takes effect.
