Who counts as a paid seat?
Anyone who creates documents: foremen in the field and admins in the office, one seat each at the same price. Workers are unlimited and free — they sign on a foreman's device, see their own certificates and appear on the schedule, and they never cost you a cent.
Why does an admin cost the same as a foreman?
Because an admin can do everything a foreman can — fill out and sign any form — plus everything the office panel carries: projects, crew, job costs, compliance reports and billing. One rule, no fine print to argue about at renewal.
How does volume pricing work?
The tier is based on your total seat count, and every seat is billed at that tier's price — not just the seats above the threshold. Cross into 5 seats and all 5 bill at CA$59, not just the 5th.
What's in the trial?
