Who counts as a paid seat?
Foremen — the people running forms in the field. Workers are unlimited and free on every plan, and so are your first two office admins. Each admin beyond two uses a foreman seat, same as adding a foreman.
What happens if I add a third admin?
It costs one foreman seat, priced at your current tier — the same seat pool as your foremen. You'll see it reflected immediately in the Billing tab before you confirm.
How does volume pricing work?
The tier is based on your total foreman count, and every seat is billed at that tier's price — not just the seats above the threshold. Cross into 5 foremen and all 5 bill at CA$59, not just the 5th.
Can I switch between monthly and annual?
Yes, anytime from the Billing tab. Annual is priced at 10× the monthly rate — two months free compared to paying monthly all year.
Is there a setup fee or contract?
